How do I book a bike from Rider Next?

To book a bike, all you need to do is get in touch with us through an email or simply call us to make reservations. You can browse for a model you like from our website and then discuss the time period of booking & the locations you want to cover.

What are the places I can explore on a bike?

The answer is every place. The winding roads that climb up the domain of Sikkim, Bhutan & Darjeeling are ideally to be explored on two wheels, as you simultaneously drive and soak in the beauty of the green hills under the open sky.

Is late payment an option?

No. The payment for the rental should be done in advance before the customer departs with the bike. The customer should also submit an additional amount as a security deposit before departure, that will be refunded after the bike is returned back to the agency after the trip.

Is Pick-Up & Drop facility available?

Yes. At request & with an additional cost, we can drop the bike at a requested location & come to pick it up as well at the end of the trip.

What are the documents required to rent a bike?

Your driving license is necessary, and an authentic identity proof should also be provided to the agency, which will be deposited to the headquarters along with the security deposit until the vehicle is returned.

Will I be charged for any wear & tear?

Yes. We offer you a spotless, well-serviced bike during delivery, which is thoroughly checked to be fit for riding through the rugged terrain. It is the rider's responsibility to take care of the bike during the trip as long as it is under his ownership. Any damage extended to the vehicle must be corrected or a compensation will be charged by the agency accordingly.

Will I have to pay for servicing during the journey?

Yes. If the bike needs any servicing during the journey, the rider must pay for it.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes. You can cancel the booking 15 days prior to the date of departure. If the booking is canceled after that, compensation charges will be deducted accordingly.
